Ingredients

  • 2mediumavocados – peeled, pitted and diced

  • 1 ½teaspoonssalt, or to taste

  • 1largetomato, diced

  • 1mediumonion, diced

  • 2mediumjalapeno peppers, chopped

  • 2tablespoonsfresh lime juice

  • ½tablespoonchopped fresh cilantro

Cooking Directions

  1. Mash avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in salt. Add tomato, onion, jalapeños, lime juice, and cilantro until combined.

  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
